Gerri Pozez

Realtor®

Gerri Pozez has nearly 10 years of experience as a realtor and countless sales of every property type in the DC area and beyond. She has established a reputation as a confident, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable realtor wrapped in a tiny package of energy and Converse sneakers.

Gerri holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from Simmons University in Boston and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University. After working in the world of defense for a number of years, Gerri purchased her first home in Washington, DC, and decided to make a career change as she fell in love with real estate.

In her practice, Gerri always makes a point to listen carefully to her clients needs, desires, and worries and let them lead the approach and she finds a solution and timeline that works for all parties. Given her experience on all sides of the table, Gerri enjoys working with both buyers and sellers whether it’s to find their first home or sell their home prior to a move. Gerri also does a lot of business with a nationwide referral network helping her clients and their family and friends wherever life may take them.

Gerri enjoys traveling, cooking, and relaxing at home with her wife and adorable rescue pitbull, Koda. She has a passion for architecture, and loves how each neighborhood in DC has a different vibe based on the unique combination of its architecture, history and businesses — her favorite neighborhood, however, is the Eastern Market and Barrack’s Row area of Capitol Hill, where she has lived for many years. Gerri is also a supporter of the Washington Humane Society and volunteers regularly with Food and Friends.
